Indo-German Training Centre
Training, based on practical and theoretical learning, has been one of the key roles and services
of the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce abroad (AHKs). In order to extend this service
to its member companies in India and provide them a common training platform, IGCC
established the Indo-German Training Centre, Mumbai in 1991 followed by the IGTC, Chennai
in 2005 and a proposed IGTC in Bangalore to become operational in 2008.
The training initiative of the IGCC, IGTC functions with an abiding commitment to conduct training
and development programs in business administration to nurture managerial talent for the
IGCC member companies. To fulfill this objective, works in close collaboration with the
HR and Training professionalsof the partnering member companies to periodically assess
and understand their training needs, and to provide training solutions through -
Eligibility
Fresh / experienced graduates and company-sponsored candidates with over 50% aggregate marks can apply. Students appearing for their final year examination may also apply. They will need to produce documentary evidence of having passed the examination with a minimum of 50% before commencement
of the program.
Selection Process
Stage I: IGTC Written Test (100 marks) followed by Group Discussion (50 marks)
Stage II: Personal Interview
