Yours is a rare but important specialisation. The places you could apply to are large multi-speciality hospitals or specialist nursing homes. It is likely that you might face a bit of problem to find a hospital that requires your specialisation. But keep trying, this is a growing field.

An MCA is a masters degree, before which you need to do a bachelors degree, If you are not planning to do an engineering degree. Our suggestion is that you take up a B.Sc course with Computer Science as one of the subjects. Use this time to assess your abilities and make up your mind about whether you will enjoy working as a programmer. You can make your decisions about the MCA after you complete a bachelors degree.
