Rubber Technology
Rubber Technology has found its
applications as laminated rubber bearings for bridges, tyres,
conveyor systems, insulator in electrical industry, tyres
and tubes in automobile and aviation sector, rubberized highways,
footwear industry, sports equipment, etc. Through the study
of rubber technology, one can acquire knowledge about the
main types of commercially available rubber. |
| The
role of essential ingredients in converting raw rubber into
useful articles, general techniques for mixing and shaping
raw rubbers, basic practical skills in mixing, shaping and
testing of rubbers and most important of all, one would
understand the way in which rubbers perish in general environments.

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.10+2 / I.Sc. Phy., Chem.
& Math. Min. 50% Marks in each subject. |
