Information Brochure alongwith Application Form can be had from Main Branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce of your city on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- being for Brochure/Application Form inclusive of Examination Fee. It can also be obtained by post from the

By sending Bank Draft of Rs. 1050/- in favour of UPUMCWA, Bareilly, alongwith two self addressed stickers. The request for supply of application form by post will not be entertained after 15.03.07.
