Instructions

We are proposed to conduct the Adventure Training camps for the Year 2000-2001. 

Who are interested please note down the details and instructions enclosed here with:

1. The Youths who are interested in taking part in the proposed terrestrial, aqua and arrow adventure training camps have to submit their acceptance forms to adhyapak.com before 10 days commencing of the training camps. Applications also will be accepted before three months.

2.The Youths for all the courses must be medically fit and age limit is between 16-35 years and Children should be between 10-14.

3.It is compulsory that all the Youths who are interested in taking part in the training camps have to sign the declaration in the prescribed application form. If minor, the Parents/Guardians have to be signed.

4.After registering the names, the conformation letter will be send to the youths to the address furnished in the registration form. The orientation is also given in the conformation letter:

a) Place of Report b) Date & Time c) Equipments to bring d) Discipline to be maintained etc...

5.No traveling expenses will be paid to the Youths who registered their names for taking part in adventure training camps except outward bound nature awareness camps.

6.Simple food and tented accommodation will be provided to the Youths & Children

7.No Parents/Guardians are allowed to accompany the Youths or Children to the campsite.

8.Programmes are subjected to alterations only when the weather does not favour.
